Fruit Thinning and Pruning
June 3 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am
In these workshops, OSU Master Gardeners will teach you how to properly thin fruit. Thinning out a selection of fruit from your trees while the fruit is still small will result in larger, better tasting and better quality fruit. Thinning prevents boom and bust years – a large crop one year and little or none the next year. Bring clean and sharp hand pruners if you wish.
